Ms Lou Clark

Lou Clark has worked at Bell Bay Aluminium, part of the Rio Tinto Group since 2011. As the Principal Advisor, Communities and Communication, her role is strongly focused on community and social performance.

Lou holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tasmania and is a graduate of the Tasmanian Leaders Program. She is a member of the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery Advisory Board, and a member of Natural Resource Management North and Visit Northern Tasmania management committee.

Lou is a strong advocate for women in her industry and believes that the smelter’s workforce must better reflect the community in which it operates.

Lou is married to Michael, and they have three grandchildren.
